How is it even possible that the moment I welcomed all 10 pounds of my first born baby boy was 4 years ago??? It seriously amazes me. It is so cliche to say that the time is flying by, but literally it is! I will be having my third baby in a few months, Dillan will be starting preschool in the fall, and he is just sprouting up before my very eyes. I am excited to see what this next year holds for him. My prayer is that he continues you face things with courage and that he learns control and gentleness with his little brother:) Dillan still has such a servant's heart and loves to help me with ANYTHING! He is silly, but also serious. He LOVES to plays with guns and anything water related. He still takes a nap about every day. His favorite movie is Madagascar 3. His favorite outfit is a pair of basketball shorts and any t-shirt. He would wear it every day if I let him:) He can swim on his own and is still working on riding a bike....something I think we will conquer in year 4:) He keeps me on my toes and also fills my love tank when he comes up to me unsolicited and tells me he loves me! AHHHH....be still my heart. To celebrate the big boy, he requested a kite party at the beach, so we made it happen! It was the perfect day with the sun shining, wind to fly a kite and all the friends a boy could ask for:) Then on his actual birthday we went to Disneyland with just him and Papa and Yaya joined us. We rode all the big boy rides that he doesn't get to ride when Connor is with us. He was the center of attention all day and HE ATE IT UP! We wrapped up with dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. It was pretty much the perfect day. Dillan Davis, I love you more than life itself and praying this is a GREAT year for you! All my love!
