Well we made it home and are adjusting to being a family of 5. Mackenzie has really been such a dream. She sleeps most of the day and now that she is three weeks old, she is going 5 hour stretches at night! She is so sweet and the perfect little addition to our family. My favorite is giving her a bath and she smells soooooo clean afterward and her hair feels like silk. Getting her dressed each day is so fun and whenever she spits up all over herself, I am like "oh dang, guess I have to put you in a new outfit:)" Dillan is so sweet with Mackenzie. He wants to hold her and will come up to her and whisper "Hi pretty princess." Literally, it melts me. Connor on the other hand, doesn't pay her much attention, which is fine. Now if I could only get my boys to get along and not fight all day long, life would be perfect! HA! These boys I tell ya! My mom was here for a few days and then Pattie came for a couple of days. So we have had help and I was able to get a few naps in those first couple of weeks. My husband is such a rock star. Getting up early with the boys and keeping the house picked up for his OCD wife:) I don't know what I would do without him. And I pretty much die seeing him and his little girl together. SO SWEET! My cup is full (even if my energy tank is low:) and we are giving THANKS to our Creator for creating these little beings we get to call our own. Thanks for all the love and support. The meals, prayers, and well wishes. We are so blessed!
