We made it to the halfway point:) I can't believe that I am already 20 weeks and that my baby boy will be here in 5 months. We had our 20 week diagnostic ultrasound appointment and Dillan is as healthy as can be. He has all his parts and they are all working great! I cannot even begin to explain what a relief it is to have the technician go through his tiny body and just confirm that everything is perfect. However, it did not go as smoothly as it sounds, because our little guy is a mover!!!!!! He would not sit still for the technician to get the "shots" she needed. I think she was starting to get frustrated:) Needless to say, are any of us surprised that Dillan is a party animal already? Hahaha. One of the greatest joys thus far has been to feel him kick. I felt him for the first time at about 17 weeks when we were sitting in church. I felt this odd feeling and then I almost laughed out loud I was so excited. Feeling Dillan kick is my absolute favorite thing (I even love it more than Claussen Pickles....and that is saying a lot!). Dusty and I are so thankful for a healthy baby and even though we still have lots to do before he arrives, we are so excited to meet him!
