10 months old!

Is it already April??? What the heck...this is crazy! Am I really just two short months away from having a 1 year old little boy? You know when you first have your baby and you are like "I can't wait to see what he is going to be like as a little boy?" Well I am entering into that stage! Dillan is transforming before my very eyes from a baby to a little boy. He talks, laughs, eats, plays, and is just generally the most amazing kid ever! Dillan got his first haircut this last month and that made him look even older! Dillan is just now starting to get a little separation anxiety. He won't just go to anyone anymore and gets real sad when momma isn't around. This always makes me feel special, but I want Dillan to be super social, so we are trying to encourage that. The plans for Dillan's first year party are well under way....it's going to be a rager! Look at my party boy!

Easter

Easter was a super busy weekend for us as always! We headed up to Pasadena on Saturday and spent some timing dying easter eggs at the Davis household....there is always some stiff competition when it comes to egg dying:) We headed over to the Olson's later and had a great dinner with Boe and Chrissy, Papa and GG, and Oly and PJ. Charlie and Dillan got some sweet stuff in their Easter baskets and it is so fun to watch them play together as they get older. Sunday we went to church at Christian Assembly and had an amazing time really celebrating what the day meant. I love worshipping at CA and the service was amazing. Back to the Davis household for a kick ass easter hunt where Whit made out with $140 and Beebs and Dilly got some awesome Easter baskets. The food was amazing as always, but more importantly the fellowship was priceless. My life is defined by the cross. I would not be the woman I am today, if Christ hadn't died for me. I am forever grateful that my Saviour took on my sins and sacrificed himself so that I have life.....an abundant life.

Palm Springs

We took our bi-annual trip with our friends the Cefalia's to Palm Springs a few weeks ago. This time was so fun because the boys are just getting so big and enjoying the world around them so much! We had beautiful weather and an amazing time hanging out in the sun and at the pool. The dads played golf while the moms hung with their little boys. Dillan was trying his hardest to keep up with Jamesie! Needless to say he took lots of tumbles in the process! The boys kept us on our feet, but once they were in bed it was time to relax and enjoy our time together. Aren't our boys the bomb???

My first haircut!

Dillan's hair was flirting with the idea of becoming a mullet! He had like no hair in the front and lots on the sides and in the back. His wings were almost about to take him away! I had attempted to cut it myself, but with Dillan being such a wiggle bug, that was not working. Dust and I decided to take him to get his first big boy haircut. He was such a champ and was enthralled with the lady cutting his hair that he sat still the whole time. At the end he looked so handsome and soooo old! Don't worry, I saved a little piece of his hair for his book!

Look at my crazy hair!

Mom...what is this lady doing??

Happy Easter!

We took Dillan to go see the Easter Bunny this year and it was quite the experience. He was not sure about the whole thing, but he looked dang cute and we had fun taking him! As I look at these pictures, I realize how freaky this must have been for Dillan.....a giant bunny rabbit dressed up in human clothes? Odd. Anyways, here's to random American traditions and the cutest little boy on this planet!

Mommy, what are you up to now??

How cute am I in my tie?

Hello Mr. Bunny!

Shout out to Ellen!

Almost one year ago, four preggos headed off to Ellen's first time Mother's Day show. Little did we know that we would walk away with like a bajillion (yes, that is a word) things for our babies that were bakin' in our tummies. One year later we all have the most amazing little babies and we couldn't be more grateful for the "leg up" that the Ellen show gave us. We wanted to tell her thank you, so we got all the babies together in their Ellen gear to say thanks! Hopefully our pictures will make it on this years Mother's Day show!
