Dusty and I had our 1st ultrasound on October 23rd. Those few weeks leading up to our appointment I was a little anxious. Being that I am a first timer, I just didn't know what to expect. Also, I have been feeling so great (no sickness or anything) that you sort of wonder "Is there really something in there???" Dusty and I were just in awe when they did the ultrasound. To see that little heart beat and realize that there is a baby in my belly was the most overwhelming feeling I have ever experienced. The technician called it a little gummy bear, and that has stuck. We call it gummy all the time:) Our official due date is June 4th, 2009. The first 8 weeks were a breeze! I am couting my blessings......
