I am pretty sure I have the cutest niece on the planet. Miss Emery Mae, aka "Beebs" rocks my world! I just love her. How could you not?

One Brown and one Blue!

Dillan has the coolest eyes ever! He is my little brown eyed guy! He has my eyes, which are also my mom's eyes. So whenever my mom is watching him, people think they look a lot alike! It is always fun to see what features your kids are going to get. Connor has come along, and he has blue eyes! I know that babies eyes can change color in the first year, but they are pretty blue! So we shall see if they stay that way. He has his daddy's eyes! So, we have one brown and one blue!

Swinging!

One of Dilly's favorite things to do right now is go in his swing in the backyard. I put him in and start pushing and say "High as a bird, high as a kite, high as SUPERMAN!" So now he always says, "mommy, kite!" and I know it's time to go swing. We sing songs and have a grand time. It is mommy and Dilly's special time together. I love this little guy!

One Month Old!

Connor is one month old already! How did this happen? The time just flies by, especially when you have 2!!!! There is never a dull moment:) Without causing a hate storm, let me say this.....I have the easiest baby ever! Connor is such a rock star and just so content and happy, which has made the transition to two much easier. He is becoming more and more awake which is so fun. His eyes just melt my heart! For the last two weeks, he has only been waking up once in the night to feed, which is so amazing, because I actually feel somewhat rested! He is a great eater and also a great barfer! He spits up A LOT just like his big brother did! However, I will take spit up any day over a crying, fussy baby! Connor was so much smaller then Dillan that he is still in newborn diapers (Dillan wore those for about 5 days) and in NB clothes.We went to the Dr today for his 1 month and he weighs 9 pounds and 10 oz (50%) and is 22 inches long (70%). He loves his baths now and also LOVES his pacifier! Dillan is getting more used to the idea of having a baby around. He helps me give him his bath, brushes his hair, puts his paci in (rather forcefully:) if he is crying, and always wants to know where "baby" is. I look forward to the bond these two will share. Looking forward to the next month when I will get coos and smiles:)
