1 down....2 to go (trimesters that is)
We made it through the first 12 weeks! WOOOHOOO! God is good and we are counting our blessings, especially because for the most part, it was a very smooth 3 months. I really only felt not myself this last week for a couple of days, but I am pretty much back to normal. As you can see, the belly is starting to protrude slightly:) I am still in my normal jeans, but the button definitley gets "unbuttoned" after meals! We had our 12 week appt and got to hear the heartbeat, which was so amazing! It sounded like a miracle. I am already so in love. He/She is officially the size of a lime:) As we approach Thanksgiving this next week, I don't think my heart has ever been so full. I am overflowing with gratitude for the baby in my belly and for the most amazing husband on this planet. As my friend Jamie likes to say...."our cups are full!"

Oh your mother must be going crazy... I love being a GRANDMA, it's the best ever! Im so in love with little Eathan.... Im so happy for the two of you and I'm glad that your mother sent this to me so that Aimee and I can follow your journey..

Kimmie and Dusty, my heart is so full for you both! This little baby will be so happy for choosing you two! I can already hear the giggles and squeals coming from that tiny little body! Both your moms and dads must be intoxicated with big JOY!! Well I'm so excited to be a part of your journey... Kimmie, if you are 12 weeks by looking at the size of your tummy, then I must be about the same, considering the size of mine?.... Bisous!

Kimmie and Duffy: We picked up your mom's e-mail while having an early Thanksgiving with Deanna and her family. We are ALL so happy for you!!! It is so weird Kim .... the night before I got your mom's e-mail I had a dream about you. I had been thinking about you, wondering how you were doing, and after the dream I made a note to myself to call you when we got home. And then .. your mom's e-mail!! We love you so much and are so happy for you. Deanna and I are both on facebook and there are lots of pictures of our families. Are you on facebook? Probably no time ... especially now ... but if you are ... you can see how the Evans/Smith/Carpenter families are doing. Dan is doing well, too. Love you!
